She has successfully launched 4 new solutions in the last 18 months that have involved working across multiple product lines. Previously, Naomi was Chief Technology Officer at ManyWorlds where she led their research and development team for the expertise recommendation & machine learning engine that operates in Microsoft and open source technologies. As a successful entrepreneur, she has a demonstrated track record of the critical blend of evangelism and technical skills to develop enterprise software that customers value. Naomi has deployed Office 365 including Yammer with some of the world’s largest organizations, specializing in a unique blend of business process alignment, technology expertise and behavioral change. Prior to ManyWorlds, Naomi served as a senior business & IT strategist at the Royal Dutch/Shell Group. Naomi developed advanced business strategies for global business units and worked on overall Shell technology forecasts & knowledge management strategies. Before moving into the energy industry, Naomi was senior production editor at recognized blue chip business publisher, Euromoney PLC. There, while redesigning processes, she implemented one of Europe’s first Intranets, for which she won the U.K. Director’s Award. She holds over 45 patents in the area of machine learning, near term AI and adaptive systems and is a frequent speaker at international events on enterprise social & collaboration, predictive analytics & business growth from innovative technology.
